Ty has litigation experience in and outside of the energy industry. He has represented homeowners and businesses in wildfire litigation against major utilities, solar project owners in property and land use lawsuits, and tribes in environmental lawsuits. He has also represented businesses in various disputes and lawsuits related to breach of contract, unfair competition and property damage claims.
